Danielle Grady – Veterinary Assistant
Danielle has a Bachelors of Science degree in Health and Physical Education.  She taught for 2 ½ years, and came to Ark Animal Hospital in January of 2011.  Danielle coaches Track and Field in Hamilton, NJ, and she enjoys running, hiking, NASCAR, cars, and hanging out with family & friends.  She has a deep love for animals, and has two cats, Missy and Shadow.

 


 



Tracy Hall
Veterinary Technician
Tracy has a Bachelors of Science degree in Small Animal Science from Delaware Valley College.  She has been with Ark Animal Hospital since January of 2003 in a part time capacity.  Tracy and her husband Jeff have two sons, Connor, 9 and Brian, 4.  In her spare time, Tracy enjoys playing with her boys, taking them to parks, scrapbooking, puzzles and taking her Rotti Deuce for walks.  At home, in addition to Deuce, are a gray cat, Simon, Speedy the guinea pig, and two goldfish.


              






Lori Hanlon
– Surgical Technician
Lori graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She has been working for Ark Animal Hospital since 1996, and exhibits her love for animals daily. She loves to spend time with her family and friends, including her two young children Dean and Margo, and she loves the beach. She also likes to hike with her dogs Dottie and Becky and cuddle her kitties Finn and Dash.

 




 



Ashley Irick - Veterinary Assistant

Ashley joined the hospital team in August 2005.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  Ashley loves to spend time with her 5-year-old son, Hunter in many outdoor activities, especially fishing and bike riding.  Ashley's favorite part of her job is the meeting patients and their animals and forming relationships with them.

 






Chris Johnson - Veterinary Assistant
Chris is earning his Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition from the University of Vermont, and is looking forward to graduation in May 2012.  He joins us at the hospital when on breaks from school.  His favorite activities include boxing, wrestling, hiking with the dogs, and fishing.










Rob Koecher - Laboratory Technician

Rob attended Montgomery Community College, and lives in Montgomery County with his wife, Jenna.  They have two dogs, Ganon, a Boston Terrier, and Ziva, a Doberman Pinscher.  Rob works in the hospital's diagnostic laboratory performing a wide variety of tests which help diagnose illness and keep your animals at their optimal health.  His interests include gaming, reading, astronomy, physics, and antiquing with his wife, as well as spending time with his family and friends.









Alison Lessard - Veterinary Technician
Alison joined Ark Animal Hospital in September 2010.  She graduated from Camden County College, NJ, where she obtained her license in Veterinary Technology.  She then attended Delaware Valley College, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science.  Alison is married with two children, and has one dog and three cats.  She enjoys family time, Tai Chi, and yoga.









Lori MacCord
– Veterinary Technician
Lori joined the hospital team in 2006.  She graduated from Harcum Junior College with an Associates in Science Degree from the Veterinary Technician Program.  Lori received her certification as a Veterinary Technician in 1989.  She is also a pet dog/animal trainer.  Lori has two children, Shane age 9 and Jack age 6.  She enjoys spending her free time in the company of family and friends.










Kelly Morris
– Surgical Technician
Kelly has been with Ark since 1999, and is attending the Veterinary Technician Program at Manor College.  She loves working in surgery, is devoted to animals, and enjoys being in contact with animals and clients. Kelly lives in Worcester, and her favorite things include:  the Philadelphia sports Teams, especially the Flyers; spending time with her nieces, and travelling.  Kelly is also a certified scuba diver who enjoys warm water and ice diving. 








Kim Shallcross
– Veterinary Technician
Kim graduated from Arcadia University in 2008 with a B.S. in Psychology.  After working in a veterinary clinic by the city, she decided to return to school to become a certified Veterinary Technician, and is currently taking classes at Manor College.  When not at Ark, Kim enjoys spending time with her friends and menagerie of animals, including her chihuahua, Pooh Bear.











Christine Svanda
– Veterinary Technician
Chris is a certified Veterinary Technician who graduated from the NCC Vet Tech program in 2000.  She is a new member of the Ark team where she looks forward to growing new client and patient bonds.  In her off time, Chris enjoys camping with her family, playing with her dogs Toby and Tucker, and kayaking with her son Aidan.











Jennifer Weigand
– Veterinary Assistant
Jennifer graduated with a degree in early childhood education and worked with children for over ten years.  She has recently decided to pursue another interest, working with animals.  Jennifer enjoys meeting all of the animals and their owners at the Ark.  In her free time, she enjoys shopping, running, and spending time with her friends and family, which includes her cat Missy.
